• How do I edit my order?
    There are no changes allowed once an order is placed.
  • Can I return my order? You can return merchandise for store credit only. Store credit will be issued once items are inspected to make sure there is no damage. Items must be returned in the original condition you received it in. Please review the details below under RETURN policy for full details. 
  • Where is my order confirmation email?
    We automatically send out a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, followed up by a grand receipt of your purchase shortly after. Please check the inbox of the email address you provided at checkout, as well as your junk/spam folder as sometimes the emails can sneak into those folders. If you have trouble finding the emails or entered/no longer use the email address we have on file, please contact us and we will send you a new one!
  • How do I add an item to an order already placed?
    Unfortunately we cannot add an item to an order that has already been placed. For your protection, we are only authorized to charge your card when the order was originally submitted. 
  • Why was sales tax applied to my order?
    Legally, RISE is required to collect sales tax in the state of ILLINOIS as we are based out of Chicago. Any orders placed with a SHIPPING address within the state will be subject to Illinois Sales Tax. 
  • I forgot to add a promo code to my order. Do I need to cancel my order and resubmit it?
    We are unable to cancel an order. All orders are final. You may return your merchandise for store credit.


  • I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
    If you chose the "Log in with Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter" option when you created your account, your password should be the same as the one you use to access your profile on those sites. If you forgot your password or are experiencing trouble logging in, please click the "Forgot Password?" link at the bottom of the login screen and a password reset email will be sent to the address you provided.
  • How do I edit or change the address that is saved under my account?
    Once you are logged in, please click the "View Addresses" link at the bottom of the "Account Details" information. Once you that page pulls up, you will be able to edit, delete, or add a new address.


10- Day Return Policy

Store credit only is issued for eligible returns within 10 days of the date of delivery to your address. 

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 3 days after the product has been delivered to your address. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted to the courier. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

  • What can I return an order for?
