  • How do I edit my order?
    If you would like to make a change to your order, please contact us immediately. We start our fulfillment process ASAP to ensure the quickest turnaround time. As a result, we cannot guarantee changes can be made to your order. If the fulfillment process has already started, then edits or changes of the items ordered can no longer be made. If you would like to change the shipping address, we are still able to do so during the fulfillment period. Please contact us as soon as possible as we cannot make shipping changes once the shipping label has been created.
  • Where is my order confirmation email?
    We automatically send out a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, followed up by a grand receipt of your purchase shortly after. Please check the inbox of the email address you provided at checkout, as well as your junk/spam folder as sometimes the emails can sneak into those folders. If you have trouble finding the emails or entered/no longer use the email address we have on file, please contact us and we will send you a new one!
  • How do I add an item to an order already placed?
    Unfortunately we cannot add an item to an order that has already been placed. For your protection, we are only authorized to charge your card when the order was originally submitted. However, if you would like to order an additional item we might be able to cancel the order and create a new one if it has not yet been shipped.
  • Why was sales tax applied to my order
    Legally, RISE is required to collect sales tax in the state of ILLINOIS as we are based out of Chicago. Any orders placed with a SHIPPING address within the state will be subject to Illinois Sales Tax.
  • The return address on the package I received is from Los Angeles. I thought you guys were out of Chicago?
    Correct! We’re from Chi-town but our fulfillment center is based out of LA. We only hold limited quantities of our apparel in Chicago, which is why most orders will come from our fulfillment center’s address.
  • I forgot to add a promo code to my order. Do I need to cancel my order and resubmit it?
    No! Please DO NOT cancel your order. If you forgot to enter the promo code, please contact us immediately and we will try to either apply the code for you or else offer you a significant discount on an additional item.


  • I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
    If you chose the “Log in with Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter” option when you created your account, your password should be the same as the one you use to access your profile on those sites. If you forgot your password or are experiencing trouble logging in, please click the “Forgot Password?” link at the bottom of the login screen and a password reset email will be sent to the address you provided.
  • How do I edit or change the address that is saved under my account?
    Once you are logged in, please click the “View Addresses” link at the bottom of the “Account Details” information. Once you that page pulls up, you will be able to edit, delete, or add a new address.


30 Day Return Policy

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

  • What can I return an order for?
    We accept returns for any orders that were subject to misprints, damages (in shipping), or defects with the clothing item. In order to return the items, please first contact [email protected] The item will need to be returned to our fulfillment warehouse, and we will provide you with the steps to do so after you contact us.
  • Can I return/exchange an item that doesn’t fit?
    Unfortunately, we do not offer returns or exchanges for items that were sent in the correct sizes ordered but do not fit. Please refer to our Size Guide to ensure you are ordering the correct size. If the size we sent to you was incorrect from the one you purchased, we will be more than happy to exchange or refund you for it. If the size you were sent was correct, but it does not fit as you hoped, please contact us as we may be able to offer you a discount for a new item. The discounts offered are decided on a case-by-case basis.
